Customers want to be able to programmatically assign specific Front Academy courses to users. For example, when a new user is added to Front, they want a series of courses to be assigned to them.

When a rule is created, the end user should be given the option to apply this rule to conversations in the open state in the inbox if they meet the conditions.
Comments build up quickly, and then it gets difficult to dig through a wall of grey comment boxes. This would introduce the ability to have comments that are threaded together.
We would need to be able to test SLA rule on some conversations. Same as we can do with other rules set up. It will help to understand why one the condition set up does not work specially when you have lots of conditions and words.
