Please can the search algorithm in Signatures be less 'fuzzy' and actually return the results based on the criteria requested? We have a lot of signatures and it can be painful to scroll down a long list because the search function doesn't work as...
Instead of "From 9 to 5 from Mon to Fri", be able to say "From 9 to 5 from Mon to Fri, except on Dec 25, Jan 1, etc". This allows to take plan for holidays, teammate PTOs, company events, etc.
As other dates in conversation, you can click on it to switch from timestamp (May 30 9:29) to duration (6m) We want to be able to do the same for SLA timer.
