Macros: "Move Message to New Conversation" as action
It would be nice if we had a macro option to move a conversation to a new message. Along with this option it would be super handy if we could preset the To address on the new message.
Allow the search function to search for keywords within attachments. Very useful for searching for invoices, products or purchase orders where the part numbers or invoice numbers are known, but not listed on the email or attachment file name.
Right now, links (event those from the knowledge base) need to be sent as URL text. A nice to have would be to display a nicer block with a preview of the link webpage (like shown on the chatbot marketing assets at launch)
Ability to select multiple attachments to drag/drop to desktop or other app
Right now you have to select or drag/drop one by one to move attachments to another system or your desktop. For conversations with multiple attachments, this can take several extra clicks.
Integrate chatbot with API so we can automate lookups to external databases. Ex) Automate lookups like appointment time, enter a zip code to find store locations, etc.
