Similar to our Jira cloud integration, enable on-prem instances of Jira to be connected to Front.

We don't have the ability to insert links from composer in Facebook channels in the same way we have for email. This necessitates customers to add long hyperlinks in their responses with no way to shorten them

For the heat map, would be nice to not have to scroll, (so one could take a screenshot for reporting), or if the table image was exportable.
