It would be great if we could selected tags in the draft window. Distraction at times cannot be avoided and not everything can be summed up in one tag. When coming back to a draft there is no way to see which tags I have already added when I start...

Ability to add tags to both contacts and accounts (like conversation tags)

It would be helpful to be able to add tags across contacts and accounts, similarly to how we can tag conversations. This would be especially helpful if we could create dynamic contact lists based on these tags or other custom fields.
