Ability to filter specific contacts from several different lists to send an email to
For example if I had list A and list B and I wanted to quickly send an email to only the contacts that were on both lists, that would be extremely helpful to our team.
I want to be able to view full customer conversation history. Our phone system has their number and dumps those sms transcripts into our email inbox. If shopify had synced the contacts with front contacts, then this would work perfectly!
Prioritize displaying contact name over sender information
When a message is received in Front, the name of the contact saved in Front should be displayed over the sender information provided in the message headers.

The auto-complete feature is convenient but causes some problems for our team. I'm recommending that we allow users to toggle Auto-Complete on or off. Especially after syncing contacts with CRM, there are far too many email address recommendations...
Having contact lists display a list of rules that they're included in would be very helpful for keeping track of which contacts will be affected by different rules.
