Allow users to opt-in to contacts auto-complete in the composer

The auto-complete feature is convenient but causes some problems for our team. I'm recommending that we allow users to toggle Auto-Complete on or off. Especially after syncing contacts with CRM, there are far too many email address recommendations when filling in the To line of an email. This opens us up to sending emails to the wrong contact which is a huge business risk.
