Add download all to conversation attachments. Today action is only available for message attachments

It would be cool if we could react to emails with emojis such as how we can react to comments.

With the new redesign, particularly for SMS and WhatsApp channels, the internal comments vs actual messages are visually very similar and difficult to distinguish. This is particularly true for our SMS and WhatsApp channels.

Being able to see triggered (but not yet run) rules inline with actions would be great so we can know (at a glance) if something may happen to a ticket, both for just general knowledge sake, but also debugging purposes. Even better if there was a ...

When an email fails to send because of a suppressed or incorrect email, an emailed alert should accompany this. I'm finding the small note in the comment section of the message isn't helpful when using Send & Archive.

Today, users can edit conversation subjects. However, the action is not logged in the activity thread. Admins need to track every action. Editing the subject of the conversation cannot be tracked (unlike most of the other actions)

I have missed dozens of important messages because I hit "send and archive" and the client replys back while that is happening. The archive overrides it and I never see the new message until I get a reminder from client or I go looking for it.
