Need the ability to create customized send later time options, beyond the presets available in Setting > Personal > Preferences > Send Later.

Our team sometimes needs to preview a full message template before selecting it, so it would be great to have a way to do this without having to select the message template. Have a preview button option that pulls up a modal with the full template.

Have the ability to change a once private tag to a shared tag.

Ability to schedule send a comment, as is currently possible with emails. Linked to internal task management use case - allowing an admin to plan ahead and schedule the notification in a timely manner.

Today, we are unable to use the select all shortcut in the spam folder, which makes mass deletion of spam messages difficult.
