Is it possible to update the chatbot transcript so it shows chat bubbles instead of a thread with all the chatbot history? It's better to show maybe 20 of the last messages with chat bubbles.
Currently only able to view the last page that the visitor is before starting the chat. User would like the ability to view their full path that brought them to the page where they started the chat.

When a customer reaches out and is not verified (is not logged in), a random name appears on the chat. We would like these these chats to come in with users' name as 'Visitor'.
Only having the option to select offline hours for live chat creates a myriad of support problems for small teams juggling multiple jobs and the ability to simply turn it on/off with a single click would significantly improve the functionality.
Would love to be able to customize the chat widget launcher icon that appears on our webpage for chat. For example, would be great to be able to replace this with a company icon.
