Link for knowledge base articles from righthand sidebar

I would like to be able to copy a link to a knowledge base article directly from the righthand sidebar. Especially for sharing articles with colleagues in the comments to a conversation it would be handy if the link could be copied from there.

Adding Touched Conversations to Workload tab in Analytics.

Our team is a load balancing team so touched conversations is more useful to us as a lot of internal comment and drafts are used instead of replies.

Assignment limits for round robin

Similar to what is offered to load balancing, round robin would not assign to teammates that have N open conversations already assigned.
