[KB access control] Internal knowledge base access for non-Front employees
Not all employees have a full Front license. Allow these employees a way to access internal Front knowledge base, perhaps with an add-on license just for KB since they don't need nay other Front access.
Ability to add an assignee/owner for knowledge base articles
Have articles assigned to a teammate or teammate group so that the responsibility of keeping the article up to date is clear (like assigning, but for articles)
Ability for end-users to add suggestions for KB articles
The ability for end-users to "suggest" articles that need to be written by admins, and even create the article, but make it so the admin still needs to review and publish

Knowledge base: put title of article in url (instead of article id number)
For SEO and UX purposes put the title of article in the URL. For instance: https://help.front.com/en/articles/getting-started-with-knowledge-base instead of https://help.front.com/en/articles/2564
Knowledge base: add option to show "similar articles" or "related articles" on the side of an article
Have the option to show "similar articles" (in the same sub-category) or "related articles" on the left side of the article instead of the outline of the article.
