My company uses social channels as true support and communication routes. We share a lot of our current support articles on X and other avenues, and those links have a preview image that helps users legitimize the link we're sharing. It'd be great if there is a social image preview/upload option in the future for the Help Center so we can share those resources.
This seems like such a basic request, I’m amazed this doesn’t exist. When we share articles on Facebook groups and via Whatsapp support channels, it just comes up as a blank white square. Ideally it would be possible to set a custom SEO description and preview image on an article level but if that’s too difficult then at least set it to scrape the first image on the article.
