Add another metric to teammate performance report that shows how many conversations a teammate re-assigned to another individual

Outbound metrics (seen / opened / nb of reach out before reply)

In analytics, when I select a Parent tag, it should select all child tags automatically. Or I should be given the ability to do so.

Allow to customise the CSAT stars , in survey and in signature Problems: Stars are not prominent enough for some customers Allow to make them stand out more. Some customer also want control over the starts look and feel

The same idea of tracking assignees but instead being able to see who assigned conversations
