Ability to create account lists dynamically

I'd like to be able to create lists of accounts (especially dynamic lists based on values from custom fields, etc.)

To: email address to default to most used in Search

In the To: section when I start typing "dispatch" I want the first dispatch email that shows up to be dispatch@company.com, it doesn't even show up when I type "disp" I'm required to type "dispatch@co" to get it to appear. .

Ability to update external ID on an Account

External ID can be set when you create an account but afterwards there is no way to update it, this would be incredibly helpful if we could update the external id.

The Ability To Add Document Attachments To Contact Details within Front
