Partner Integrations

Currently, when logging a conversation in Hubspot through a rule every message is logged as a different message.Would be nice to be able to log them as a single conversation.

To make sure all contacts get created in the synced CRM automatically rather than having to remember to do it manually. One way to do this would be through some sort of rule action

Leads are objects in Salesforce that are similar to Contacts - there are fields like phone number. In Salesforce, you can convert a Lead to a Contact or Account, but Front only syncs Contacts and Accounts from SFDC at the moment

Add the ability to configure the link on phone number handle as a redirect to the phone system of choice for a customer. Right now it opens up a new Conversation in Front and it would be more helpful if there was flexibility to open up a VOIP instead

Custom fields that are created for some module (e.g. contacts, leads) are not visible in Front either for edit or update. It would be great to be able to show these fields based on the plugin settings in Front.
