Instagram channel — add link to DM / post / story in message

There is a link now, but it's useless. It links to the static URL of the media in the post on Instagram's CDN instead of the actual post. In the case of a carousel post, it's only the first image in the post, too. It would be better if it linked to the actual post on Instagram, which is a link in the format: https://www.instagram.com/p/some_random_id/
