My ideas: Tags

Problem New subtags default to hidden in the sidebar. Forgetting to check 'show in sidebar' during creation requires extra steps to fix later. Request Default the 'show in sidebar' option to enabled when creating new tags.

Problem Tags and message templates must be created one at a time, which is impractical for organizations migrating or setting up large numbers of them. Request Support CSV-based bulk import for tags and message templates.
