Show rich link previews in chatbot responses

Problem
Chatbot messages can only display links as plain text URLs, even when those links come from the Knowledge Base, providing less context than modern messaging interfaces.

Display links in a rich preview card format in chatbot responses, similar to link preview cards shown in marketing materials, to provide better context.
