Place preview pane below conversation list

Problem
The mailbox layout is fixed with the preview pane on the right, but some users prefer a layout like Gmail or Outlook with the preview below the conversation list.

Add a mailbox setting to place the conversation preview pane below the conversation list instead of to the right.
