Add date variables to time off auto-responders

Problem
Return dates must be typed manually into time off auto-responder messages, requiring updates in multiple places if dates change.

Request
Add template variables (e.g., {{time_off.end_at}}, {{time_off.start_at}}) to auto-responder templates so one shared template works for the whole teammate group.
