Expose conversation segments in Core API

Problem
Conversation segment IDs are essential for calculating key metrics like reply times, but are only available in the analytics export, not in Core API message endpoints.

Request
Expose conversation segment IDs in all Core API message endpoints (e.g., conversation messages endpoint) to enable metric calculations outside of Front's portal.
