Restrict inbox delegation permissions

Problem
Organizations need to prevent team members from sharing or delegating their inboxes to maintain security posture, but Front doesn't provide delegation restrictions.

Request
Add the ability to restrict or disable inbox delegation permissions organization-wide or by user role, similar to Outlook's delegation controls.
