Add quick actions menu to inbox list view

Problem
When managing conversations from the inbox list, you have to open each conversation to access quick actions like copying the URL, snoozing, or archiving. Support teams frequently need conversation URLs to reference tickets in other systems.

Request
Add a three-dot menu to the inbox quick glance view (conversation list) with the same options available in the full conversation view, including the ability to copy the conversation URL.
