Extract attachment content for dynamic variables

Problem
Attachment content cannot be extracted or processed for use in workflows, limiting the ability to transform attachment data and integrate it with downstream systems.

Support content extraction from attachments so the data can be used in dynamic variables and API requests—for example, extracting information to create order requests in a TMS system.
