More historical data fields (Last Used, Last Modified, Created By, etc)

We have a pretty big buildout and user base in Front. It is difficult to understand the relevance, history, and ownership of key configuration items such as Tags, Message Templates, Signatures, and Rules. These objects accumulate and change over time, but there is little visibility into:

• When they were last used

• When they were last modified

• Who created or last edited them

This enhancement would:

• Improve clarity and maintainability of the workspace(s)

• Support governance and compliance requirements

• Reduce admin overhead by making cleanup easier and safer

• Speed up troubleshooting by surfacing change history and usage patterns

• Provide clear ownership, reducing back-and-forth between teams
