Toggle between Time Goal status and email received time in conversations

Problem
The conversation view recently removed the ability to see email received time, replacing it with Time Goal status, which is less useful for workflows that prioritize by oldest messages.

Request
Add a toggle in conversation view to switch between showing Time Goal status and email received time based on user preference.
