Summary:
I’d love to have a dedicated report or filter in Front that shows all conversations archived or closed by automation rules — including which specific rule and branch performed the action.
Problem:
Right now, the full events export only lets us see when a conversation was archived by a rule (via “Type = Archive” and “Source = Rule”), but it doesn’t specify which rule or branch triggered it. This makes troubleshooting automations and fine-tuning rules difficult, especially for teams with many conditional branches.
Proposed Solution:
Add a built-in report or filter view that:
Lists all conversations affected by automation rules.
Displays the Rule Name and Branch Name/Number that took the action.
Allows filtering by action type (e.g., Archived, Closed, Assigned, Tagged, etc.).
Supports CSV export for audit and QA purposes.
Use Case Example:
When optimizing routing or auto-archive workflows, we need visibility into what rules are acting on conversations to ensure nothing important is being closed automatically.
Impact:
Improves visibility, reduces errors, and saves time troubleshooting complex rule structures.
