Grant OAuth to individual teammates

Problem
OAuth access to Front is currently granted at the company level and only accessible to company admins, limiting flexible integration options for individual teammates.

Request
Allow individual teammates to grant OAuth access to external services for their own mailboxes, with permissions determined by their OAuth token's scope.
