Enable real-time admin notifications for audit log events

Problem
Admins must manually review audit logs to discover critical configuration changes. There is no proactive alerting when high-impact settings are modified.

Request
Allow admins to subscribe to real-time notifications (email and/or in-app) for critical audit log events, such as changes to security settings, data deletion policies, or permission modifications.
