Show consistent channel-type icons across all channels

Problem
Front displays a webchat icon in the conversation list but not for SMS or Email, making it harder for teams to quickly identify which channels have different SLA expectations.

Request
Add consistent, intuitive icons for all channel types (Email, SMS, Webchat, etc.) so teams can prioritize conversations by channel SLA at a glance.
