Support multi-line patterns in Application Objects

Problem
Application Objects only match single-line text patterns. Multi-line content like trip reservations (Leg 1 LAX - SFO, Leg 2 SFO - PDX) or logistics stops cannot be extracted, requiring workarounds with Dynamic Variables.
