Feature Request: Persistent Hybrid Dark Mode for Email Viewing

Currently, if a user prefers using Dark Mode for the overall interface but wants to view or compose emails with a white/light background, there isn’t an option to lock that preference in.

I’m proposing a setting similar to what Outlook offers, where users can:

• Use Dark Mode for the UI (sidebar, inbox, navigation).

• Keep emails in white/light view by default both for reading and composing.

• Choose this behavior in Settings, so it persists across sessions (no need to toggle it every time).
