Set AI output language per teammate

Problem
AI features auto-detect language from conversation content, but sometimes pick the wrong language due to signatures or previous messages in the thread.

Let each teammate set a preferred language for all AI results (e.g., force all AI Compose output to French or German, regardless of conversation content).
