Show contact details for mentioned emails

Problem
Contact details only display for the email sender. When emails are forwarded or contain mentions of other contacts in the body, the details for those contacts do not appear in the right panel.

Display contact information for email addresses mentioned in an email body, enabling teams to see customer details even when emails are forwarded or when the mentioned contact is not the sender.
