the ability to search participants in the email/ internal comments thread

I would like to be able to, ideally, click on a subscriber icon and have a search result (like pinned comments) pop up with only their comments from an email /internal comment chain. I am often looking back to see what Karen or Bob said about such and such and with longer chains it can be time consuming.
