It would be very helpful if there was a condition in rules that allowed you to trigger a rule based on what Front user performed the originating trigger/action.
For example, we have an SLA set up but we have a tag that will exclude a message from the SLA. Right now anyone on the team can add that tag, but it should only be added through rules. Someone can bypass the SLA by adding the tag manually. That is very hard to watch for and address if needed.
It would be nice if we had a way to set up a rule to trigger an alert to a supervisor if someone applies the tag manually. So we'd like to be able to set up a rule for When a tag is added, if the conversation is in XX inbox, and the action was performed by "list of users".
