Extend AI Translate to non-email channels

Problem
AI Translate is available in email but not in other communication channels, limiting language support across the platform.

Request
Add AI Translate functionality (with auto-detection and language selection) to Chat, Portal, WhatsApp, SMS, Slack, and Custom Channels.
