Select Jira assignee in issue macros

Problem
When building macros that create Jira issues, agents cannot select which Jira teammate should be assigned to the issue—the assignment is fixed in the macro configuration.

Request
Enable macro input capture to include a field for selecting the Jira teammate to assign, allowing dynamic assignment based on agent input when the macro runs.
