Set up receive-only mailboxes

Problem
Some workflows require centralizing outgoing emails through a main company mailbox while receiving emails in individual employee addresses. Currently, all mailboxes configured in Front must be able to both send and receive.

Request
Allow configuration of mailboxes that can receive emails but cannot send from them, enabling flexible inbox routing while maintaining centralized outbound communication.
