Auto-provision Office 365 channels for new users

Problem
When adding new teammates via SCIM bridge to Entra, users must manually connect their Office 365 account and create or connect an inbox for it.

Request
Automatically create a personal Office 365 channel, create an inbox for it, and connect the two when a new user is provisioned.
