Email notifications from chat conversations.

Under the “End of path” options, it would be great to have the option to have users be notified by email when we reply in the chat conversation so they know to come back to it. We find that users rarely respond to the chat conversations after a certain period between our replies. This means we only use the "Create follow-up conversation via email" option and never just the open chat conversation.
