Reassign custom fields pointing to a teammate to another user

Today when a user is disabled, the account remain assigned to that user in Accounts. If their manager remembers that there are accounts assigned to a departed user, they will give me a back up user or a lits of user to re-assign accounts to.

To complete the task in bulk I reach out to Front support to get and export of accounts, then create a CSV for re-import only for affected accounts with new users for the specific custom field.

One finicky part of the CSV update is that account name and domain columns are mandatory then I can only include a select custom field. Worth noting in the documentation that domain is mandatory, because if not included this value is overwritten with blanks, which in essence breaks the account until caught.

Would be great to have a more streamline solution in UI to bulk re-assign teammate type field. For example, Filter by "Custom field" = John Smith with CTR select multiple accounts or ctrl+A for all account and then Change value for "Custom field" to "Jane Doe".

If we could also filter by blocked property that could help company admins to follow up with relevant team leads.
