Allow editing AI summaries

Problem
AI-generated conversation summaries may be inaccurate or lack important details, but there's no way to edit or refine them after generation.

Request
Allow users to edit summaries to correct inaccuracies, add missing information, or improve specificity. Ideally, the system learns from these edits to improve future summaries.
