Improve similar conversation suggestions

Problem
Suggested similar conversations often include irrelevant results, and there is no way to request additional suggestions when an unhelpful one is returned.

Request
Add ability to flag unhelpful similar conversation suggestions and have the AI generate additional relevant alternatives.
