Reply Time Goal Rules for SLAs - Time Field for Seconds

It would be great to have the option for seconds to be added to the time field especially for chats, as our chat SLA is to reply within 30 seconds.

For synchronous channels like chat, I want to be able to create a reply time goal that is less than 1 minute. Such as 30 seconds or 45 seconds.
