Skip hidden mailboxes in Outlook sync

Problem
When Outlook directory sync is enabled in Front, mailboxes that are hidden in the Exchange Global Address List still appear in Front contacts, which is inconsistent with Outlook behavior.

Request
Either prevent hidden mailboxes from syncing to Front contacts, or provide a toggle to control whether hidden mailboxes are synced.
