Print Knowledge Base Article for internal use by others

The knowledge base articles you may wish to print an article for use in a meeting, to walk through a process with someone who is for example in your warehouse and does not have a company. If a company is to put all processes and knowledge into the system, there needs to be the option to print an article in an easy printable format.

    Printing Knowledge Base (KB) Articles Adds Real Value

    The ability to print KB articles would add real value to the Knowledge Base. Ideally, this functionality should include, but not be limited to:

    • Print Entire Article

    • Print / Export to PDF *

    • Highlight > Print KB Article Selections
