Problem
Website chatbot visitors must manually search for or navigate to knowledge base articles instead of receiving proactive suggestions.
Request
When a visitor types keywords matching knowledge base article titles or content, automatically suggest relevant articles with links in the chat.
It would be very helpful to also manually tag articles with keywords that would trigger a specific article to pop up
