Manually set tab display per view

Problem
Views automatically show either 'Open' or 'Unassigned/Assigned' tabs based on whether they have assignee filters, making it impossible to customize tab display per view.

Request
Allow admins to manually configure which tab type (Open or Unassigned/Assigned) appears for each view, so the counter reflects the correct conversation count.
